GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS

Avoid getting uncured material in the eyes, take eye protection at all times when working with this product.

Extended contact with the skin can cause irritation and should be avoided.    

Wear protective gloves when working with this product.

Maintain good ventilation in the workplace at all times

1, we produce the electronica potting adhesive series products, environmental temperature on A and B component mixed reaction speed influence.

2, in order to solve the defoaming and leakage, mixture suitable period and the production efficiency, the conflict can be adjusted according to the specific circumstances of A and B component proportion, A: B in 100:3 ~ 7 between belong to the normal range, the matching changes of solidified products of electrical performance, weatherproof and transparency of the impact is not big, only for curing the elastic mould product has A certain impact.

 

STORAGE

Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight Optimal Storage:  8°C to 21°C. Storage below 8°C or greater than 28°C can adversely affect product properties. Material removed from containers may be contaminated during use. Do not return product to the original container.

 

 

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES  on electronic silicone rubber water proof application

1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2, Weight Ratio     part A to  part B = 1 to 1

3, Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 3 minutes.

4, The temperature influences the curing time of 9301. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization
